Following is the supporting work for the Jefferson/Paine Religious Terror Taxation Act. It is fluid, in present time and will continue to be added to. The evidence for the following argument is simply overwhelming. In my opinion regarding this matter, silence is no longer an option. Neither is apathy, nor turning an eye that has been enlightened. I have presented my case in a rather whimsy, poetic musing manner. It is my style of writing. It is from years of writing poetry. Irregardless the facts remain the same. I am a poet at heart and if I were not tone deaf I would be a singer in a rock- n roll- band.

Let me begin by stating I know this is a political non-starter. (as of course we still own slaves, women can't vote and everyone sitting at the back of the bus has a hell of a suntan)

My aim with the Jefferson/Paine Religious Terror Taxation Act is it to be a consciousness starter, to factually expose religious handbook backed zealotry and by their own words, hold them accountable where it counts most, in the pocket book. Those who are using prehistoric religious laws for propaganda, extremist views and terrorists activity. At first glance one may say I am attempting to censor religious freedom, nothing could be farther from the truth. I listened to a TV Evangelical preacher adamantly state he if he could, would kill all the gays as he would be doing God's work as it is demanded in the Bible. This horrific mess of a war were in is certainly backed by religious ideology and by all means demanded within the both the Bible and the Quran. Religiously we needed no excuse what so ever to go to war, except that Biblical God and Allah demand it. Osama Bin Laden striking the Twin Towers that horrific New York morning on 9/11 had the blessings of the The Holy Quran. To put it a little more blunt, was demanded by The Holy Quran. That is Allahs wrath penned for the unbeliever and it is penned in text after text after text.

I have also addressed the current patriotic blasphemy that our Forefathers founded America sitting in either Jerry Falwell's or Pat Robertson's church pew. Both who are trampling on our Forefather's graves to promote their religious extremist agendas.. In my opinion, If he intends to fight a Global War On Terror he should begin by not creating a Global War Of Terror. He must as he does, look terror straight between the eyes -He must as he is not noted to read - read this : Mr President for centuries terror has stood on one postulate and that postulate can be expressed in two words: Religious Ideology. Religious handbooks were written by man and printed by man. In my opinion, if God would have had a hand in it , he would have by-passed this step. they would be as nature, as nature is.

Historically, what I am proposing will stand toe to toe with freeing the slaves, women's right to vote and the liberation of the civil rights movement. Which by the way, to achieve these milestones of personal liberty, in regard to slavery and women's rights, those that have made this possible had to overcome centuries of Religious Biblical ideology. They will tell you themselves. In this case, not only will President George W. Bush prove that he can drop bombs on the terror of geography, he will prove he can drop bombs on the terror of religious ideology. I urge him to consult his Earthly Father on the wisdom of this decision and leave his consultations with his Heavenly Father for another day of killing.

I have seen over history the struggle of caste systems ~ the horrors of slavery, impoverishment, the neglect of entire embodiments of human, quartered off and as Pat Robertson says given"genocide from God with love," the oppression of women and the abuse of children. History is stained with the bloodied parchment of the loving words of God.

*The hatred in The Holy Quran and The Holy Bible is abominable. They both say the they are written by the one and only God. God is the Word and they do what they do best, violently divide our human family.

*They attempt to create superiority with ties to invisibility. It would be fine if this were fantasy. But it is not ~ it is the war of the world.

*The Churches and Mosques are filled with absolutely wonderful human beings, Muslims, Christians and those of non denomination. I only wish they could throw their handbooks of isolation and the chosen ones, fear mongering, and violence away and look at the human heart of the human family.

I respect all religious beliefs and non-religious beliefs as long as they do not impose violence and oppression, as long as they treat children well and give women the utmost respect. This is my simple philosophy. * In between my own studies and the works of many great men and women I have slowly but surely drawn some frank conclusions. * These premises of terror and abhorrent crimes must not be given the privilege of freedom from taxation. Freedom of speech, freedom of religion, certainly, but not freedom from taxation. Our generation must leave this legacy for our human family. Their will be challenges and the opposition arrogant, founded in the unalterable laws of their God. What is most important is the support of Americas' Founding Fathers and the goodness of right. Thomas Jefferson believed this would be done a long time ago.

*Thomas Paine fought valiantly to end religious bigotry. Susan B. Anthony would be ecstatic, her fight for women suffrage was directly in opposition of Bible text. Abraham Lincoln fought the Bible on slavery as much as he fought the plantation owners.

*We are a nation founded on laws. Religious handbooks, in particular The Holy Bible and The Holy Quran violently demand that many of these laws be broken. We in America are promoting terror unequivocally by financially giving favor to the worship of these religious texts. In the Christian Holy Bible and in the Muslim Holy Quran it is demanded to kill the infidel, it is duty. It is demanded to kill lesbian and gays, it is duty. It is demanded that women be oppressed, it is duty.

*We must change this because we are able . We must change this for all the millions of those who would have agreed but were not given the privilege to try. This Great Nation founded by our fore Fathers have given to us ~ today ~ that privilege. For me it is a responsibility, it is my responsibility for all those who would have, but were unable. It is our duty to do the duty that the President of The United States doesn't give a damn to getting done. The deliverance of damnation from the devil of denial. It is our duty to remove the spit and trampled footprints of arrogance upon the graves of the great men who gave their lives to the flickering of a light that shadowed the liberation of a darkness so desperate I shudder at how we as a people can remain so apathetic to it's tentacles of postulate that within the human - fear and ignorance is the first law of repetition.

We must always speak truth to power and not necessarily politely. I'm not in the mood for a bullet to find my head as I intend to be as outspoken about the The Holy Quran as I am about The Holy Bible. What I am doing here, this blasphemy, according to Gods word, Allah and Jehovah, the Muslim God, the Christian God, is punishable by death. Unequivocally, absolutely, undeniably. With The Holy Quran it's rather simple, my head is simply severed from my body. With The Holy Bible it is a bit more painful. I will state without hesitation, these two religious handbooks, would make a glorious bon-fire and that would be a blessing for our human family.
